I love desserts and enjoy trying new venue options. Other than donuts and ice cream parlors, what other dessert venues are there? Ask no more! We found the perfect spot for you in the Four Corners area. There’s a small local shop called Four Palates Gelato and Bakery on 16640 Cagan Crossings Blvd, in Clermont, Florida.

The Story Behind Four Palates Gelato and Bakery

Four Palates Gelato and Bakery opened its doors in early 2021 in Clermont, Florida. The business is owned and operated by a husband and wife. While I enjoyed a delicious slice of Sea Salted Caramel Cake and a cup of coffee, I listened to the young lady talk about her husband’s dream to open a bakery. He is the baker, and a darn good one, I say. They bake everything in the shop.

What to eat?

Once you walk into their small shop, the aroma of freshly baked goods makes you forget about any diet you might be on. As you approach the dessert display with the amazing assortment of cakes and pastries so perfectly displayed, there is no doubt in your mind that the diet is over. A small recommendation – grab the larger box because it is so difficult to choose what you want. My intention was to grab a dessert and bring a couple to my husband, son, and father. Well, let’s just say that the small box did not fully accommodate all the desserts I chose. Other than pastries and cakes, I have tried their focaccia bread and gelato too. Both are delicious. And gelato! Where else can you find gelato other than the supermarket? Their gelato is scrumptious!

Cozy and Inviting Environment

Their store is small but cozy. The décor is simple, with a few tables and cozy chairs where you can sit, enjoy your coffee or tea and preferred cake or pastry, while relaxing. They do not need candles. The sweet aroma of bakery is just the right fragrance to destress.

They Are on Uber and Door Dash Too!

Four Palates Gelato and Bakery have a wide variety of cakes and pastries you would not find everywhere. They bake custom cakes, pastries, milkshakes, gelato, and breads too. They also offer gelato catering—something different to consider for your next event. And, if you cannot drive to their location, just order it through one of the delivery apps (Uber Eats and/or Door Dash). So, if you’re in the area, don’t forget to stop by Four Palates Gelato and Bakery at 16640 Cagan Crossings Blvd, in Clermont, Florida. However, don’t blame me once you get addicted to their sweets!
